There are three main steps.
1. Create a locally working ASP.net website with SQLServer connection in it.
a. Create a Database in the SQL server 2008 then you are okay. Put a table in that database with contents.
b. Create an asp.net project and add your local server then your database will show up. In the Form drag and drop the table build it.
c. Now you should see the table in the browser by running the project.
2. Create an account in a free our plan version of a host for asp.net. you may pick www.somee.com
a. if you select somee.com you will need to give a name for your website. Then you are able to have a databbase.
b. go to the database create a login password and create a database based on the version you have made it in 1.a.
c. upload your mdf and ldf files in the upload section when websie is selected.
e. go to the database and check the string generated.
3. Upload you website to the root of the file manager.
a. you need to change web.config file in the folder.
b. change the connection to the string, connectionString="workstation id=YOURDBNAME.mssql.somee.com;packet size=4096;user id=YOURDBNAME;pwd=YOURPASSWORD;data source=telcomDB.mssql.somee.com;persist security info=False;initial catalog=YOURDBNAME
c. remove the one says <compilation debug="true" targetFramework="4.0" /> and <!--

d. Save it.
5. It should be okay.
ftp setting in order to upload your website to:
site path www.yourname.somee.com/
Creating DB in the website is easy.
you need to create it and then run a query to create a table or you can attache a database to it.
