Very basic commands

1. Creating repository on your computer: 
git clone https://gitub.com/username/projectname
2. making your name known to git.
git config --global user.email "you@example.com"
git config --global user.name "your name"
3. Adding changes.
Adding a single file:
git add xxx
Adding all the changed and new files
git add .

4. Committing the changes:
commit -m 'note for the changes'
5. Reset committing on soft and hard levels.
Soft level:
just removes the changes from the commit and don't reset the changes on the files.
git reset --soft HEAD^
Hard level:
removes both changes from commit and from the files.
git reset --hard HEAD^
5. Push Update to git server repository.
git push origin master
5. Pull changes to your local computer.
git pull origin master

When there is delete problem try 
git add -u
git add -a

git checkout try_..branch -- Papersisthefolderyouwanttoget 
git checkout try_libDev -- software_deve\Eclipse
it is instead out merge the whole branch in the other or master branch
